Reportedly Tesla Informed Of Cut Of Salaried Workers Aims To Rely More On Hourly Workers – $TSLA

Reportedly, Elon Musk,  Tesla (TSLA) CEO informed that the EV’s giant overall headcount will rise over the next 12 months, but the count of salaried staff will remain flat, as it has become overstaffed in many areas, but the hourly headcount will increase.

According to a Tesla U.S. regulatory filing, the company and its subsidiaries had almost 100,000 employees at the end of 2021. Recently, the CEO also issued notice to Tesla employees to return to the office for a minimum of 40 hours a week, and failure to do so would be considered a resignation.
