As per reports, Visa Inc. (V) declared that Pam Murphy had been chosen as a new member of its board of directors. Ms. Murphy, who has been the CEO of Imperva, Inc. since January 2020, has a background in enterprise software, having spent nine years at Infor, Inc., where she served as COO for eight years. With this appointment, Visa’s board of directors now comprises 12 members.
