Reportedly, the Australian securities regulator has approached the court against the local unit of American Express Company (AXP) alleging two of its credit cards co-branded in association with retailer David Jones were issued to customers without ensuring that they understood the details around them. The lawsuit stated that the card giant knew users would be confused about the features and usage of the loyalty card & credit card.
