As per reports, Marina Pariseau joined 3M (MMM) as its chief diversity officer and vice president, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources starting Feb. 14. Marina started her Human Resources career at 3M, and her presence offers diverse & inclusive human resources experience. Earlier, she worked as vice president, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Employee Listening at Ecolab.
