(CSCO) has completed the acquisition of IMImobile PLC, a leading global provider of cloud-based communications software and services driving critical business interactions at scale. IMImobile manages, monitors, automate, and delivers the customer interactions that drive the best experiences. IMImobile’s solution with Webex Contact Center will allow Cisco to provide a healthy Customer Experience.
This new service offering will bring together a cloud-based contact center, an artificial intelligence, collaboration, communications platform, and experience management as-a-Service in a combined single solution allowing organizations the ability to provide the exceptional experiences that customers expect.
