Reportedly, Visa Inc. (V) announced that Teri List has been appointed to its board of directors, effective April 11, 2022. Ms. List was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Gap Inc. from January 2017 until March 2020 and served as an advisor until June 2020. Ms. List also serves on the boards of directors of Danaher Corporation, DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc., and Microsoft Corporation. Teri List’s appointment brings Visa’s total board of directors to 11 members.
