Boys & Girls Clubs Of America Working With Salesforce To Deliver A Streamlined & Personalized Experience

Reportedly, Boys & Girls Clubs of America has selected Salesforce technology to deliver more personalized experiences and programs to the 4.6 million young people it serves, across its more than 4,700 Clubs. For 160 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs have provided safe places for kids and teens, particularly during times of tragedy and crisis.

Earlier, each Club had its own way of managing administrative work like registration and reporting varying in sophistication level and was spread through paper notebooks to spreadsheets to cloud software. However, Club’s collaboration with Salesforce.org Nonprofit Cloud will now allow it to standardize digital technology across Clubs nationally and eliminate manual processes, increasing efficiency so employees and volunteers can spend more time with Club members.

With Salesforce, Boys & Girls Clubs will roll out MyClubHub, built on Salesforce.org Nonprofit Cloud helping Clubs to better manage youth attendance, parent communications, fundraising, sports and activities planning, donor relations, and volunteer and staff management.

Traction Rec will streamline Club membership operations, and Salesforce.org Elevate, a fully integrated digital fundraising suite, will be put to work to manage donors end-to-end with Nonprofit Success Pack from a centralized platform providing each Club with the flexibility to publish, configure, and promote donation pages to drive their online fundraising.
