Salesforce Joins As Innovation Partner Of The Walt Disney Studios StudioLAB

Reportedly, Salesforce and Disney (DIS) Studios Content have entered a partnership to support Disney marketers and filmmakers via the Salesforce platform. With Salesforce as StudioLAB Innovation Partner, the companies will look for new ways to use technology to manage and grow the content production lifecycle along with the support of content creation right from development to post-production and marketing.

The Salesforce Customer 360, includes industry-leading apps covering service, marketing, and commerce. The partnership will initially focus on developing digital workflows to help manage the production and marketing of Disney Studios content, support executive decision-making by offering a 360 real-time view of the performance of media properties and deploy simple, mobile-first technologies.
