Microsoft To Evaluate Its Sexual Harassment, Discrimination Policies In Response To Shareholders – $MSFT $DIA

By John F. Heerdink, Jr.

As per reports, Microsoft Corp (MSFT) will review the effectiveness of its gender discrimination policies and sexual harassment practices in response to a shareholder proposal that was passed at its latest annual meeting.  The review will work to produce a transparency report with results of any sexual harassment investigations in recent years against the senior executives, and company’s directors including allegations that a board committee probe involving Bill Gates was raised in 2019.

The company has hired outside law firm Arent Fox to assist in the review, at the end of which Arent would make public a version of the report revealing its findings and recommendations.
