The Dubai-based carrier, Emirates airline announced that it may face further delayed deliveries of Boeing’s (BA) 787 Dreamliners by atleast a year until 2024 and that it could be even longer due to Boeing’s continued delivery suspension over structural flaws. Three years ago, Emirates ordered 30 787 Dreamliners as part of a broader deal that cut the number of orders for larger 777X jets, which is also delayed now.
