Reportedly, Jill McDonald is set to return to McDonald’s Corporation (MCD) starting Sept. 5 as executive vice president and president of owned international markets, overseeing the company’s wholly owned international operations. She will step down as CEO of Coca-Cola-owned British coffeehouse chain Costa Coffee at the end of the month to rejoin McDonald’s Corp., where she previously spent a decade serving international roles.
Jill McDonald was tapped to lead Costa Coffee in 2019 after Coke’s $4.9 billion acquisition of the UK company.
