Reportedly, The Board of Directors, Boeing Company (BA) has elected Lynne Doughtie to the board, replacing Caroline Kennedy who has resigned after three years of service. Lynne Doughtie, 58 the first woman to be elected U.S. Chairman and CEO of KPMG, retired from KPMG in 2020. Doughtie has been recognized and honored by Crain’s New York Business’ 50 Most Powerful Women in New York, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, the National Association of Corporate Directors’ 100 most influential people in the boardroom, Accounting Today’s Top 100 Most Influential People, and Glassdoor’s list of Top CEOs.

Caroline Kennedy, a member of the Boeing board since 2017, served as a member of the Compensation; Audit, Finance, and Governance, Nominating, and Organization committees. From 2013 to 2017, Kennedy served as U.S. Ambassador to Japan.
