Reportedly, Gap Inc. is launching its new brand of home products that will be available exclusively on Walmart’s (WMT) website in June, making it the first fashion retailer to get into a multi-year partnership with Walmart in home furnishing. The home goods market has witnessed increasing demand over the past year as the COVID-19 pandemic has kept millions in isolation and spending more time in their homes. The U.S. home furnishings market is about $163 billion, according to Euromonitor.
The range will feature more than 400 items including tabletops, bedding, and bath products, and will be available from June 24.
