Reportedly, the Board of Procter & Gamble Company (PG) has appointed B. Marc Allen, chief strategy officer and senior VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Boeing Company to its Board of Directors, effective February 10, 2021. Mr. Allen has been with Boeing since 2007 and is responsible for the company’s long-term planning, global business, corporate development, strategic investments, acquisitions, and divestitures. He is also a part of the boards of numerous global organizations.
