Reportedly, the attorney generals from 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia along with major telecommunications providers, including AT&T Inc, Verizon Communications, Inc. (VZ), Comcast Corp, Sprint Corp, and T-Mobile Us are planning to take what is believed to be the necessary steps to reduce unwanted illegal robot calls. Robot calls are a major cause of complaint to governing bodies and recently Congress has been working to crack down on robot calls.
