Susquehanna’s Analyst Predicts Visa Shares May Surpass Mastercard

Reportedly, Susquehanna’s analyst James Friedman predicts Visa may surpass shares of the rival MasterCard in the near future. Both Visa and MasterCard’s business has been performing quite well and possess extensive growth opportunities. MasterCard shares have seen market growth of ~41% this year and Visa has been performing well at ~31%, however, Friedman compared the two payment giants and predicts Visa to may outperform Mastercard. He stated Visa “has a prominent commercial practice, is targeting key international markets, and is experimenting with service fees,” as reported.
