Reportedly, The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) is set to buy thousands of tickets at soccer stadiums around the US in order to boost game attendance, revenue and promoting players with one of P&G’s brands. Starting Sept. 17th P&G will being to purchase a total of 9k tickets in an effort to fill 1,000 seats the NWSL league’s 9 home fields.
“Our goal with this effort is to celebrate the excellence of this league and continue to ensure that female athlete have a platform to play and get the attention they deserve,” stated Sara Saunders, P&G’s associate brand director for Secret.
P&G is also expected to partner with the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team on a sponsorship deal this year.
