Palo Alto Networks Enters Agreement To Acquire Zingbox

Reportedly, the global cybersecurity leader, Palo Alto Networks has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Zingbox, an Internet of Things (IoT) lifecycle management solution provider for $75 million. The deal is expected to close during the fiscal first quarter of 2020 of Palo Alto Networks. Zingbox’s cloud-based service, advanced AI, and machine learning technology is believed will further enhance Palo Alto Networks delivery of IoT security, helping and benefiting the organizations to improve the security, reliability, and visibility of their IoT landscape through Next-Generation Firewall and Cortex platforms.
