JPMorgan Rehiring Patrik Czornik To Head M&A Business In Germany

Reportedly, Patrik Czornik is set to re-join JP Morgan as a Managing Director in-charge of M&A business in Germany. His immediate goal will be to expand the client base in Europe’s largest economy, as per the memo sent to staff by the bank. Czornik has been associated with JP Morgan for 12 years and moved to Goldman Sachs last year. He is expected to take on his duties by September this year and would report to Christian Kames, head of investment banking in Germany. MOVES-JPMorgan hires Goldman’s Czornik to run M&A in Germany -memo
