Is Apple Facing Another Trade War Related Hit in China?

Reportedly last week the U.S President banned U.S companies from working with Huawei possibly making business operations a bit more difficult for Apple Inc. in China. Trump’s decision could trigger a strong reaction from China, primarily by banning Apple products or by imposing production restrictions on Apple in China, as predicted by Goldman Sachs analysts. Apple could lose out on a third of its earnings, if China imposes a ban on its products, as per reports.

The Analysts also predict stressed trade relation between the global giants could possibly affect Huawei which would mean future Huawei’s handsets will have to run without Google’s Android operating system and Play app store. Additionally, Huawei would also lose out on working with chip makers Qualcomm Inc. and Intel Corp.
