International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) announced Howard Boville, as head of its cloud business. Boville previously served as a chief technology officer, Bank of America Corp where he was responsible for building and running the second-largest U.S. bank’s cloud services.
Earlier, IBM’s cloud unit was headed by Arvind Krishna, after which he took over the role of the chief executive officer in late-January succeeding Ginni Rometty. The company also appointed Paul Cormier as its the new chief executive officer of Red Hat succeeding Jim Whitehurst.
