Has The Reputation of the FAA Been Affected By The Grounding of Boeing’s 737 Max?

Recently it was reported at the Skift Forum Asia conference in Singapore that United Airlines President, Scott Kirby stated that Boeing Co 737 Max grounding has affected the reputation of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA).

Kirby added, “The brand of the FAA has certainly been impacted by this.” However, he also expressed that the blow would make the regulatory system in the United States more robust and secure.

Reportedly United Airlines has extended its 737 max cancellation for a month, resulting in 40 or 45 canceled flights daily.
