Goldman Sachs Fined 34.3 Million Pounds By FCA

The Multinational Investment bank has been fined by Britain’s Financial Authority Committee (FCA) with regard to transaction reporting failures for more than a decade under the securities law in Europe or better known as the MiFID. The fine is for $45.07 million (34.3 million pounds).  Goldman agreed to act on the issue proactively.

Goldman Sachs fined $45 million by UK watchdog for reporting failures
