Cisco Aiming To Acquire Australia’s Advanced Network Devices Designer Exablaze

Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) is a global technology leader that designs, manufactures, and sells Internet Protocol-based networking and other communications technology.

As per reports, Cisco is aiming to acquire Exablaze, a privately held, Australia-based designer and manufacturer of advanced network devices equipped to reduce latency and enhance network performance. Cisco’s collaboration with Exablaze will enhance the Cisco portfolio offering customers the latest field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology and ultra-low latency devices saving time, improving network capacity, speed and subsequently delivering customers the flexibility they require. The acquisition is expected to happen in the third quarter of FY20.
