American Express Secures Highest National Credit Card Issuer Ranking IN J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Satisfaction Study

As per reports, American Express (AXP) has been ranked as the highest national credit card issuer in the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study with a score of 838, outranking the national average by 28 points. The card giant was ranked highest among communication and benefits and services. The credit card giant also secured the highest rank among the 11 ranked national card issuers during the COVID-19 outbreak.

American Express has been recognized 10th time in ranking in the 14 years of study by J.D. Power. The survey was conducted among 22,128 credit card customers from the period starting September 2019 through June 2020. The ranking by The J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study was judged based on six major categories like credit card terms, interaction, communication, benefits and services, rewards, and key moments.
